i have the right to decline your commission, without any explaination.

paypal invoices ONLY

i do not take deviantart points, gift cards etc.

i will not start the commission before payment has been sent.

any unreasonable chargebacks will not be tolerated and you will be placed on a public blacklist to not commission me again.

i have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any given time.

if YOU would like a refund, i will only do so if i have NOT started yet.

refunds are available if work has not started within 3 weeks.

i will not start the commission before payment has been sent.

i will only refund the money i have recieved. i will not repay any fees.

corrections will only be made in the sketch stage, which you have to ask for upfront.

delivery time can be unpredictable, depending on my life, usually not longer than a month but you will be notified if otherwise!

if you need a piece finished quicker, you can ask, but a rush fee must be paid. (amount depends on deadline!)

all commissioned work discussed in this agreement are non-commercial and shall be treated as such.

i do not claim ownership of any intellctual property drawn in the commission. Unless it is a character of my own.

i may or may not post your commission on my social sites. If you wish your commission to be private, please tell me in advance.
